Order Cancellation Policy
Any order placed can be cancelled, only if an email request of the same is raised within 2 hours of product purchase. Write an email to us at care.immunit@gmail.com. Refunds of cancelled orders will be processed within 7-10 working days to the original mode of payment.
Order Refund/Replacement Policy
We do not accept returns or replace the goods once purchased from our website. However, if the product is damaged during transit, we offer replacement of the same. Our support team will verify such cases via e-mail/phone by asking for more details and process the replacement if found true. Write an email to care.immunit@gmail.com to raise the request of the same.
Shipping policy
We charge a flat shipping charge per order irrespective of the order size and value. Flat rates apply and the customers can choose from the below options at the time of checkout.
Standard Shipping: Rs. 50/-. Get free shipping on above Rs. 999/- order.
The orders are shipped within 1-2 working days from the date it is received. Shipping details will be shared on the registered mobile number and Email ID (if shared).
Cancellation cannot be requested once an order is shipped out from our warehouse.
